Absolutely. In fact, it is far easier than you may realize. Remember we are spirits first. That we all innately derived from somewhere else and decided to incarnate here. This place is energy, just as we and All That Is, is made of energy. We are in a dream-state world... a holographic image. The more you are able to embrace those facts, the more readily you will realize we are never separated from the ones who passed on before us. They are around us all the time, just without form... the form we took here. All you need to do is close your eyes, relax, and allow them to approach you. This may take some time at first, but eventually you will see, hear, and know of their presence with you. But do be careful love, Just as we are all at various stages of development.. it is advisable to connect with loved ones past, as you know of them and their energy. Or to request connecting to those of only the highest accuracies of love and light. In this, they will not misguide you, nor will they play tricks or engage in "playful" mischief you wish not to encounter.
